According to the temporary specification of reflex cones, they have a smooth and lustrous surface without grooves and waves, they are all seamless and do not cause and damage to the passing vehicles during the impact. They have a low center of gravity and they are flexible so that after their deformation they immediately return to their original state.

Characteristics: the cones a silver-white, high-reflective type II tape, firmly glued. They offer high visibility day and night under all weather conditions.
