This unit consists of a Trailer with all the risk-marking system (fixed lower part and retractable upper part that carries the warning signaling system). The entire carrier of the mobile unit may be hot galvanized (optional).
The equipment of the Trailer includes:
A circumferential zebra 30cm wide with a reflective type II material. with type II reflective material.
-A K20 sign 1m wide.
Height adjustable towing hitch so that it can be adjusted to any truck or vehicle of one’s choice.
Headlamps, flashes, fog lights and stops that connect with the electrical system of the car (a) for truck transport , (b) for small vehicle transport ,12 V lamps.
Place for placing a license plate.
Mechanical parking brake on both wheels, which together with a folding anchor system that ensures full stability to the unit, when it is disconnected from the vehicle that’s carrying it.
Metallic galvanized box with exterior dimensions 81x52x35 cm, fitted on the front part containing the electronic control device and space for: (a) Installation of a battery of 180Ah/12V and (b) 220/24V power supply, if the unit is connected directly to a 220V supply.
The Upper Part of the Trailer includes:
A circumferential zebra, 30cm wide with type II reflective material.
Special metal surface 80x80cm with 15 LED lamps, with a diameter of 100mm. The traffic lights use LEDs with very high reflectivity. They can portray an arrow with a left or right direction, vibrating. The function selection is by setting the appropriate switch.
Two flashing LED lamps with Φ300mm diameter with a frequency of 60flashes/min, class L9M according to EN12352.
The flashing lights have a photocell to reduce the headlamp’s intensity at night.
The Φ300mm lamps and the bright arrow, when the mobile worksite marking unit is disconnected from the vehicle, they operate with a 12V/180Ah battery. When the battery is adapted to the vehicle, they operate with the electric endurance of the vehicle (12V-14V) , with a frequency of 60flashes/min and L2tt category according to EN12352.
All of these types of mobile emergency signaling units are each verified as special category O1 trailers according to the EC Whole Vehicle Type Approval (ECWVTA) procedure of Directive EN 46/2007 as amended by Commission Regulation No 2015/166. EC type-approval number: e11 * 2007/46 * 3234 * 00.
In cases of placing the risk-marking unit in places that the continuous and controlled operation is important, the installation of an electronic device in the control unit is important for controlling the level of adequacy of the accumulator. If the battery’s voltage reaches a critical level of discharge, the device notifies via SMS the need to change the battery of the accumulator with another one that is charged. This feature can be installed in all three above types of mobile marking units.
